Utilizing the MiSeq v2 reagent sets, the MiSeq service typically produces between 12 and 15 million reads or 24-30 million paired-end reads per sequencing run. Recommended applications include; targeted gene (amplicon, gene panel), small whole genome sequencing (microbe, virus), targeted RNA, small RNA, and 16s.

Utilizing the NextSeq 550 High-Output reagent kits, the NextSeq service typically produces between 350 and 400 million single reads or 700-800 million paired-end reads per flowcell. The NextSeq is vertisile across a wide range of applications including; low scale whole genome, exome, targeted RNA and transcriptome sequencing, ChIP and Methyl Seq.
